To start the New Year on the correct foot, CDW brings you an exclusive workshop with Kyle Sheldon, all the way from the USA.

This is a one-off chance to work with Kyle, who is visiting from New York and has considerable experience of working with both 'dancers' and 'non-dancers' in 
different communities. This class is FOR YOU, to look after yourself as a DANCING BODY.

In the United Kingdom Kyle has taught workshops and classes for Dance City, Ludus Dance Agency, Dance Exchange, The Place and Greenwich Dance Agency.

'My class for professionals is a released based class that focuses on skeletal connections and sequential movement, drawing on all of my experience in 
contemporary, ballet, jazz, hip-hop and yoga'.
