A practical course for those who may not be Welsh speakers but would like to incorporate the language into their work. 

Following a brief introduction about the history of the language, Jen will look at some Welsh Language vocabulary that can be used in a dance workshop setting, exploring the sounds & texture of the language through movement. 

The aim is to use movement as a vehicle for the production of sound. Once a certain amount of vocabulary has been identified & experienced, you will explore the possibilities of incorporating Welsh words into an English language dance session.
