About this event

We are delighted to introduce Andy & Eeva to you - they are the founders of a holistic dance centre & retreat in Carmarthenshire. 

Eeva Maria will examine practical ways to support and enhance children's own instincts for creative movement, working particularly through touch-contact.

Andy will teach an Awareness Through Movement session using the Feldenkrais technique. The day aims to explore ways in which young children learn and develop through Movement Play, giving both practical ideas & theoretical background.

You will: 

• Explore an alternative approach;

• Attempt to empathise with childrens' perceptions;

• Gain practical ideas and experience.
