Our very first Steps workshop was Capoeira and it's back by popular demand!

Tradition tells that slaves in Brazil disguised their martial art as a dance form so their masters would allow them to continue practicing! This Workshop will be led by Mestre Maxwell & Soraia from Swansea - based company, Beribazu. 

This high energy, very physical and unique combination of dance and martial art moves, will introduce new & original ideas to your own work.
